The Great Lawn Sessions - The Bridge
Come and join us on the lawn outside The White Hart/The Great Hall, Dartington for a fabulous night of live music with The Bridge.
Live Music kicks off at 7.30pm with a break in the middle and ends at 9.30pm.
Drinks and food from 6pm, so good to come early to find your perfect space on the lawn and to enjoy drinks served by The White Hart and hot dogs (including veggie and vegan).
It's Free Entry, with a request to make a donation so that we can pay the artists as much as possible, so please be as generous as you can.
The Bridge are a Totnes based six piece that promise to deliver a mix of soulful tunes from introspective ballads to up-tempo funk. Several band members play multiple instruments which provides plenty of shifting musical colour, and their eclectic set features all original songs in a range of musical styles incorporating Soul, Funk, Blues, Reggae and Rock elements.They will be playing a mix of brand new material and songs recorded towards their first album last October. Expect to move and be moved!
The Bridge are: lyricist Jon Inder (Lead vocals/Congas & other Percussion/Harmonica); Paul Hussell (Piano/Trombone/Acoustic guitar); Martin Roberts (Bass/Trumpet); Charlie Hart (Drums); Georgia Swallow (Backing vocal/Acoustic guitar); Will Tyler (Electric guitar).
