Join us a for a day of fitness and fundraising all in aid of St Mary in the Castle Charitable Trust and The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Fitness classes include Zumba, Zumba Gold, Yoga, and many more!

Not only will there be fun and challenging classes to take part in, we also have a wide variety of health, beauty and fitness stalls along with our Auditorium Bar serving healthy smoothies for you all to enjoy.

Your ticket gives you access to all classes and you can come and go as you please.
