2. Soft African Rain in the Canyon
A meditation to the sounds of the third largest canyon in the world receiving rain to quench its thirst
In this second meditation of the series, you are invited into the Motlatse/Blyde River Canon with the sounds of soft morning rain and birdsong, and taken into the meditation with guidance around your breathing, being present and using tools like the body scan to relax and come into the here and now. Put your headphones on, sit upright with your legs uncrossed, close your eyes and slip into relaxation to the soundtrack of the African bush.
The invitation is for you, through the sound of the rain, to bring the sensations of being in rain into your body.
