Served on Sunday (abbreviated 'SOS'), a British alternative rock group, arose from a back alley rehearsal room in North West London.

Formed from the ashes of previous bands, Mark Coleman (vocals) and Stu Shaw (guitar and backing vocals) formed the band in late 2015.

They spent a year laying down demos of songs in their garage, until by early 2017, they had outgrown the use of a Roland drum machine and were ready to put some real power behind the songs. That's when they recruited drummer Conor Fahy, who had just returned from university.

For the next 6 to 8 months, the band carried on as a 3 piece, adding drum patterns to the 20 something demos which had been written over course of the last year.

Bass had become a headache for the trio after countless sessions with different bass players until finally, at the end of the summer of 2017, a guitarist going by the name of Umar Arar (best known for his guest appearance with US rockers 3 Doors Down) rolled up to fill in on Bass because of a last minute cancelation.

During that rehearsal, everything clicked and finally fell into place. Mark and Stu could finally hear the songs they had been working on for the previous two years in all their glory. Then by the end of January 2018, the band released their first single "Enemy to Me".

The first single was well received, allowing them to peak at local 5th place and #80 globally in the charts on the popular music website ReverbNation.com, in the mere infancy of their online existence. The band have started to cultivate a cult following, which only gained strength with the release of their second single "Mr Greedy" in March 2018. The online success of both singles led to a wave of online followers giving the band an audience to release their music to.

Bringing together a mixture of Stu's dirty rock n roll guitar riffs, catchy vocal melodies lifted by the lyrical genius that is Mark, followed by solid stick in your head drum patterns by Conor and Umar's slick melodic Bass lines, Served on Sunday produce a unique style of powerful British rock n roll music that keeps you coming back for more.

But they didn't stop there. On the 31st July 2018 (Only 5 months after the release of Enemy to Me) Served on Sunday bring out their highly anticipated 12 track debut album titled "The All-Dayer Tapes".
