Scrum Objective:

The main objective of the Scrum is to organize the entire team throughout the entire project for getting better results. A team of 4 to 10 members can be constructed in the scrum framework for obtaining the details and information for producing the best results. Scrum is a framework which seems to be more philosophical than technical and so it can be used only as a guide. The interactions among all the stakeholders give success to the Scrum.

Scrum roles

The Product Owner is responsible for the vision of a product, any change in the scope or plan and so, they are called as the voice of stakeholders because they convey the vision of the stakeholders to the team. The Product owner is fully responsible for Return on Investment. The Scrum Master gives training to his team and eliminates all the problems coming in between completion of the project. The scrum team is self-organized and responsible for product quality.

The demand for Scrum Masters and other professionals and the techniques of Scrum is very famous and is increasing, so before starting any project these techniques are necessary to do. The scrum is a specific and precise framework and has the following roles:

● Scrum Master ● Product Owner ● Scrum Team ● Stakeholders

Scrum Master:

The Scrum Master is hired by companies for a short time period e.g. for a particular project, so they are not the permanent employees of the company and also they don't have any authority, so in every organization Scrum Master is called a top-dog. The duty of Scrum Master is to remove all the obstructions in the way of achieving companies goals and to enforce scrum ceremonies and processes. Scrum Masters are highly committed to their goals and deadlines on behalf of the Scrum team.

Product Owner:

The product owner has all the authorities to change the scope or plan and they are called as the voice of stakeholders because they convey the vision of the stakeholders to the team. They communicate about the progress and problems with the stakeholders and eradicate them. The product owner has an authoritative position in the company and so they are fully responsible for the return on investment.

Scrum Team:

The Scrum Team works with the Scrum Master in sprint planning. The Scrum team is self-organized and highly committed to their goals and deadlines for the results with better quality and on time. The Scrum team participates in all the meetings and ceremonies, and they have to be agile in the office.

Stakeholders:

The Stakeholder is responsible for maintaining the relationships with the Product Owner. The Stakeholder is responsible for conveying his vision and concerns to the product owner and share every detail of the project otherwise the product owner doesn't have any responsibilities regarding project quality and time. The Stakeholder ensures project development and gives updates to the Product Owner for any changes in the plans and for effective working he provides all input to the queries.
