Influenced by vintage gay porn soundtracks and the synth-driven work of Patrick Cowley, this is a record that pulses with both euphoria and emotional grit.

From wide-eyed naivety to disillusionment and reflection, HONCHO is a bittersweet queer coming-of-age story told in 11 seamless tracks—most named after real gay magazine headlines from the late 70s & early 80s.

Featuring a closing duet with alternative icon Patrick Wolf, & co-production from Mikko Gordon (The Smile, Arcade Fire), HONCHO is raw, sexy, sad, and designed to be danced to.
