About Us:

Necktr are a 9 piece soul fusion band based in Leeds, who's unique interpretation of Hip Hop, Afrobeat, Soul and Ambient music has earned them critical underground status in Leeds' blossoming groove scene. Having played around the country alongside the likes of Mansion Of Snakes, Wu-Lu and K.O.G and The Zongo Brigade, Necktr's live sound explores a wealth of textures and soundscapes as they weave between captivating grooves and anthemic choruses. 2018 will see the band releasing their debut EP followed by a string of UK dates alongside Tetes De Pois.

2018 saw the release of our debut EP 'Something's Happening' through Wormfood Records, as well as a bunch of summer festival dates and a winter tour to support the release. Next, we're heading back into the studio to record some more fresh sounds for everyone's listening pleasure, and we're also sitting on a couple of big gig announcements in the Spring. 2019's gonna be a big one!
