Folk Alliance and the spirit of chance!
I had a great three weeker in the States! Writing in Nashville, being a First Timer at FAI in Kansas City, and performing in New Orleans with sweet talented friend Paul Sanchez. With a load of driving and family time in between!! Met Kyshona, Anais Mitchell, Rachael Ries aka Her Crooked Heart, The Mammals, stayed with Cara Luft and well - whew!! Currently writing for the next album I recently started a song with Robert Vincent and am looking forward to more co-writes with Ben Smith and Jimmy Brewer, Danny Champ, Polly Paulusma, and other wonderful folk. Really looking forward to taking out my new microphone - the Del Myrtle - from Ear Trumpet Labs. It is AWESOME! Oh, and did I mention I'm playing a couple more shows with Jonathan Byrd in June? Always a highlight for me! Listen out for new songs over the coming weeks and pop out to a gig!
