Midé Live in Concert @ Servant Jazz Quarters
Midé is a singer-songwriter and musician from London with an amazing way of connecting with a listener. His sound has been described as Alternative Soul with a touch of Folk-Rock and a very Indie edge. If you're a fan of Ed Sheeran, Seal, James Bay, Michael Kiwanuka or Bob Dylan, you will absolutely enjoy watching and listening to Midé.
Midé’s journey has been incredible so far with a number of EP’s and a debut album “E.G” – which SBTV described as “one of the standout projects of 2014”, Hit The Floor called the album "one of the finest, sublime pieces of original British music that has been produced in a very long time". “I have a deep passion for live music and I think that’s what comes across in a lot of my music. I love being able to draw from the energy in a room and I absolutely love the communion I enjoy with the audience at my gigs. It’s like we’re together in the moment". Add to that the beauty of some of London's great audience at venues like Proud Camden, Ronnie Scotts, Barfly, Under The Bridge, St Pancras Old Church, etc and Midé is fast becoming a live music force to be reckoned with.
"Now with new music and a growing sound I feel bolder and more confident to take my music to different levels and try out different ideas that even though are consistent with what I’m know for, it still adds a new dimension to the sonic experience. The plan is to play more and play better and take things bigger. “
Midé’s Sooner Or Later EP is out now at all good digital stores and was premiered on Euphoria Magazine and has since been featured on ITV show, This Morning. Make sure you make a plan to catch Midé playing live. www.smarturl.it/iTunesSOLep
