SIDETRACKS FOR LICORICE PIZZA

This is one of my all time favorites - "Riders on the Storm" by the Doors, mixed with Blondie's "Rapture". Through the years, it still makes me smile (and dance); and my hat is off to Mark Vidler aka Go Home Productions who came up with this mashup (originally bootlegged) because it is magical.

And this mashup inspired many more, equally clever and catchy (and was a wonderful tool in the TV show Glee for showing off the talents of the cast).

This one mixes Elvis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Queen, Flo Rida, and Cee Lo Green for a hopping ride that helped me make it through chopping onions, parsley and celery this morning. Yeah!

One more to help you get ready for the Holidays! How about some Black Sabbath and the Temptations? Unlikely? Yes, but it works - here's "Get Ready" mashed up with "Children of the Grave". Rock on!

The music is amazing, and the videos - well they are, um, entertaining ... and sometimes downright hilarious.
