Originally known as The Kicks, KICK formed in May 2013. Songwriting duo Phil and Jordan, set out to form a band after the success of their single 'Uh-Oh' which was released by XFM. After a few months together, The Kicks changed their name to KICK in September 2013 after a change in the line up was announced and a new sound began to develop. The West London alternative/indie band is made up of Phillip McHugh (Guitar/Lead Vocals), Jordan Heggie (Bass/Lead Vocals), Lucas George (Guitar/Backing Vocals) and Rob Mead (Drums/Backing Vocals).
KICK have been placed on the XFM X-List Classics, received Amazing Radio and BBC Introducing London. They prove to demonstrate a mixed blend of various genres to create their own musical cocktail which is both refreshing and familiar to the ears.
