After his recent UK tour with Izzy Bizu, hotly tipped British singer-songwriter Kelvin Jones is heading straight back out on the road with a 13-date UK tour supporting James Morrison, and an 8-date European tour supporting X Ambassadors.

No stranger to a relentless work ethic, these shows follow a 24-date tour of University Student Unions at the end of last year, a major European tour with German superstar Mark Forster in December and one-off dates with James Bay and Seafret.

The upcoming shows give Kelvin the chance to spread his wings and step out on the big stages to promote his debut album Stop The Moment, which is released on March 25th through Epic Records & Four Music, who won a hotly contested race to secure his signature.

Stop The Moment includes both his debut track ‘Closer’ (which caused a huge online buzz last year) and his first single ‘Call You Home’, which is out now. The track is catching light online, with over 14 million Spotify plays and 2.1 million YouTube hits for the official video – which features a TV sent up into space – and was nominated for various ‘Video Of The Year’ awards.

Kelvin has already received high praise from a variety of publications, bagging support from the likes of Shortlist, Clash, Digital Spy, The Quietus and Maximum Pop with key support from BBC Introducing, for whom he’ll be recording a live session for on February 17th.

Not only are things building in the UK, Mainland Europe have also welcomed Kelvin with open arms. ‘Call You Home’ spent 13 consecutive weeks in the German top 20 Airplay Chart, peaked at #7 in the Austrian Airplay Chart and #9 in Switzerland. He’s wowed crowds at Germany’s iconic Reeperbahn Festival, sold out his first ever headline show in Switzerland and has been receiving overwhelming support from 3FM, Holland’s key tastemaker radio station.

This burgeoning excitement led to him winning Best Newcomer at the British Urban Music Awards in November. And now, with Stop The Moment, this hugely-talented singer-songwriter from Stevenage will be winning over legions of new followers while keeping his current fanbase ever excited, with his distinctive soulful vocals, blues-inspired guitar skills and pure pop sensibilities. In further news, Kelvin has also signed a brand new publishing deal with independent music publishers Reverb Music / Reservoir and Budde Music, which will see both companies working together on all creative and administrative levels in support of Kelvin’s writing career, with a special focus on Stop The Moment. Annette Barrett, MD Reverb UK: “We are doubly excited to be working with the immensely talented Kelvin Jones and combining it with our new creative venture with the Budde Music Team.” Benjamin Budde, MD Budde Music: “We have greatly admired Kelvin’s music and closely followed his career for some time now and are extremely happy to be working in conjunction with our friends at Reverb/Reservoir who we feel are the perfect team to partner with us on this exciting project.” on tour with X AMBASSADORS
