Line Up

"Reminds me of Pink Floyd... epic!" - Cerys Matthews BBC 6Music "Brilliant stuff" - Lauren Laverne BBC 6Music "Furious and fierce... a little bit of My Morning Jacket, a little bit of Beck in there... and a little bit of Nick Cave too. Just the holy trinity really, isn’t it?" *- *RODDY HART, BBC RADIO SCOTLAND** "Pat Dam Smyth’s debut album, ‘The Great Divide’, was critically acclaimed upon its release in 2012… the new record’s first single ‘Juliette’ suggests that he should be expecting at least as much, if not more adulation". - CMU “… masterfully mournful... Cut from the same cloth of Nick Cave and John Grant... conjures Dark Side-era Pink Floyd in its braying brass and portentous, swaggering pop élan. THE THIN AIR

PAT DAM SMYTH’S 2016 saw him scorch through packed out sets at Reeperbahn Festival, The Great Escape and several London showcases including a sell-out in The Roundhouse’s Sackler Theatre for the MVT #Fightback benefit, as well as a thunderous Lexington show at the start of the year. In addition to his mini tour of Italy in the summer, the band delighted a capacity crowd at the Other Voices/End of The Trail in Dingle, Ireland in early December; and Pat was the star turn at the Belfast launch of Help Musicians Northern Ireland. As three piece lineups go, you’ll have to go a long way to find a bigger, more authentic sound. Without doubt the musician’s musician; now fans and industry alike are getting in line. This year sees Pat leave behind the lo-fi sound of his critically acclaimed The Great Divide, which was hailed as a modern masterpiece in his native Northern Ireland. It received critical acclaim further afield, from The Independent, Q magazine, Hotpress, The Irish Times, Rock Italia, BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6 music. The sound of new album ‘Kids’ was forged from the blooming relationship between co-writer, co-producer and drummer Chris McComish. KIDS is an expansive and bold record which has ‘classic’ tattooed all over it. It is an opus of life growing up in the Belfast of the Troubles: falling in and out of love; falling in and out of clubs and venues; and winding up anywhere around the world from Berlin to LA, Liverpool to London. Bomb scares and broken hearts; first, lost and everlasting loves; self discovery, self destruction; holding on and letting go. For fans of Nick Cave, John Grant, Timbre Timbre, Beck and Pink Floyd, it’s a must. A leading light in a new wave of exciting Northern Irish artists, Pat is already being cited as an influence by his peers, being quoted in the lyrics of the Northern Irish Music Prize winner Ciaran Lavery for one.

Conquers beautifully - The Independent I love it – a textbook Song For Guy recommendation' Guy Garvey, BBC 6 Music He has returned to create something beautiful... The Daily Mirror The Great Divide is amazing. It's musical storytelling at its finest... BBC A rare kind of truthful songwriting The Irish Times Epic - Female First Beautiful, with an acerbic bite - PRS Magazine An authentic masterpiece which never ceases to amaze... - Rock Italia Beautiful - **** – Stereoboard Intoxicating – 9/10 – Rhythm and Booze

ANA CRISTINA CASH is an American singer-songwriter, raised in Miami, FL. Her parents moved to the United States in the early 1960's from Cuba during the onset of the revolution. She grew up listening to music from many different genres, and writes first from the heart. Her recordings exhibit a broad vocal range, spanning from an expressive and resonating contralto to an amazingly high coloratura soprano, exhibiting what is known to some as a “whistle register”. She currently resides in Nashville, TN.

In 2017, Ana released her latest musical work titled "The Tough Love EP" which was produced by her husband, Multi-Grammy Award winning producer John Carter Cash and recorded at The Cash Cabin Studio in Hendersonville,TN.
