Entry Requirements: 18+
YOUTH SECTOR • www.instagram.com/youthsectorband
Brighton’s Youth Sector are an indie rock quintet blending sharp political commentary with infectious, high-energy grooves. Inspired by DEVO and Talking Heads, their urgent yet upbeat sound is packed with driving rhythms and sing-along choruses. Championed by Clash, DIY, Dork and The Line of Best Fit, with strong BBC Radio support, they’ve built a reputation as a formidable live act through tours with Kaiser Chiefs and Darwin Deez, plus appearances at SXSW and festivals across the UK and EU.
Their debut album Pop Couture (out September 19th via Dance To The Radio) marks their boldest statement yet. Produced by Richard Wilkinson (Bombay Bicycle Club, Kaiser Chiefs), it tackles themes of corruption, grift culture and declining living standards, while wrapping them in irresistible hooks and expansive arrangements — all killer, no filler.
HARMER JAYS • www.instagram.com/harmerjays
Harmer Jays is an alt-pop artist crafting emotionally rich, sonically immersive music straight from the walls of his bedroom. Blending flowing drum grooves, spacey synth textures, and powerful, expressive vocals, his sound sits comfortably between the raw intimacy of indie pop and the pulse of electronic production.
For fans of Joji, Suki Waterhouse and Djo, Harmer Jays delivers dreamy, melodic tracks that channel vulnerability and atmosphere with every note.
