The first 50 to pre-order the record/merch bundles will have the opportunity to RSVP to a listening event + Q&A with the band and producer Sam Coveney at Dolby HQ in London on 8th May, two days before the album’s official release.

Haunting, the next single & music video from The Waking Sun, is out now. Zac says: Haunting was written from the perspective of my partner. The lyrics address the toxicity of body dysmorphia, and immerse the listener in the body of someone experiencing it. The shoegaze-influenced choruses of Haunting are punctuated by Chris’ blast-beat sections, while Jim’s overdubs of a Rhodes keyboard re-amped through tonnes of reverb are providing the spacey highs. We didn’t have the opportunity to record a real choir for the breakdown, but we layered multiple Zacs alongside vocals from Rebecca Tranter.
