Saturday and Sunday, 22-23 October- During the day there are continuous performances and workshops by more than 40 groups, representing many diverse countries and cultures, plus some music workshops. Many of the performances are in costume and some have live music. Join in the workshops or just watch the demonstrations. On Saturday evening there will be a spectacular Latin/American event combining demonstration and participation. At the same time in another hall there will a Cajun dance organised by Filé Gumbo. On Sunday evening there will be an English/International Ceilidh with music by the versatile Cloundburst band. There will be dances from many countries including the British Isles. All for a single price. Children are free but must be with a paying adult. No previous experience is needed to join in the workshops and dances and there is no need to bring a partner.
