Since the start of his career, Daithi has been known as an Irish fiddle player using electronics to boost traditional Irish music into something unique and different. Before even releasing a record, Daithí was supporting Santigold, The XX, Macklemore and DJ Shadow on Irish dates across the country. Synthesising his influences from UK garage, house and traditional Irish music, he presented a 10-track album In Flight in 2013. After receiving a lot of airplay, Daithi entered the Irish charts with his debut and Choice-nominated single “Chameleon Life” featuring the incredible Raye on singing duties. Daithi's producing career was mentored by Ian Ring (Young Wonder, Talos) and he made his name as the ‘go-to’ man to remake songs for the dance floor for the likes of Fight Like Apes, All Tvvins and Original Rudeboys.
