Cove, the four piece indie rock band from Stevenage (and 1 part Essex), released their debut single, 'Sunset', in November 2016. Over 2017, while recording their EP, Cove have been gigging in London, Hertfordshire and Essex, expanding their following. At the close of the festival season, the band performed on the second stage in a prime time slot at Wilkestock festival, in between Vant and Razorlight on the main stage.
The band is set to follow up an exciting 2017 with their autonomous EP in early 2018, fusing the styles of singer-songwriters, Ryan and James. Backed up by a powerful rhythm section, Taylor on bass and Jalley on drums, Cove's music ranges from dancey, indie tunes, to darker, atmospheric songs. Their live set reflects this breadth of music, while keeping true to the sound that makes Cove unique. The band have become a regular lineup feature at The Horn, St Albans and are set to have an exciting 2018, with headline gigs due to be announced soon.
