By placing an international order (shipping outside of the UK) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Products will be dispatched once per week so it will take from 1-7 days, but please remember we run this store completely independently so there may be delays, if there is a severe delay in postage we will usually let you know.

I've paid for my pre-order when do I get it?

Pre-orders will be released on the date stated in that products information section, please read this carefully

Can I upgrade my postage?

Yes! Please get in contact with us via email/facebook/instagram and we will arrange something for you as currently we aren't able to add other postage options

I can't order from your store, my country isn't listed?

Unfortunately due to past complications with postage in some countries we've had to limit where we post to, please message us if you have a question about this!
