THE UK is effectively in lockdown due to the continuing, rapid outbreak of Covid-19. People are now only permitted to leave their homes for a small list of reasons, including to get vital shopping or for medical reasons, exercise, and all non-essential businesses must close It is the biggest shutdown in living memory. The coronavirus pandemic has left countless members of the music community facing an uncertain future, as festivals and tours are canceled, studio sessions are called off and business travel is restricted. The coronavirus lockdown has prompted many artists to hop on social media and engage more directly with fans.
