Hi all and welcome to the latest news update from Animat.

In common with many other people we've been using the enforced layoff from live performances this year to review our back catalogue at the same time as starting to plan for future recordings and activities.

We're delighted to be working with Disco Gecko Recordings on an ongoing basis, and they will be re-releasing our debut album Earplay in the autumn together with a compilation of old and new remixes from the album - more details to come in the next few weeks.

In the meantime the Animat Bandcamp site has been updated at https://animat.bandcamp.com and now includes our releases on the Disco Gecko and Dubmission labels, making it a 'one-stop shop' for all our music from 2005's 'Sunshine Or Rain' right through to the latest remix EP 'Undercurrents'.

We were hugely disappointed to miss out on playing at Ozora in Hungary this year but we have been asked to take part again in 2021, so all being well we'll be there this time next year.
