Home Hurricane Season u Kill Me

"a direct, driving sound that bears comparison to Arcade Fire but also has the crunch of Twin Atlantic" Clash Music Magazine

Think of Flight Brigade as a family as much as a seven-strong band and you start to understand the chemistry between them. Think of their songs as epic stories to which each member is essential and you begin to grasp what makes their music so powerful. Watch them perform and you can’t fail to be struck by the special bond they share.

Flight Brigade’s strength in numbers suits the scope of their songs. The grand orchestral sweeps, the crunching anthemic guitars, With male/female vocals & strings set amidst synths & heavy guitars, their explosive live show feels like it's their last day on earth, 'as if Arcade Fire had a face off with Fleetwood Mac and then Renaissance came in for the kill'.

Festival appearances have included Glastonbury, Bestival, Great Escape, Beautiful Days, Larmer Tree, Blissfields, Boomtown as well as Reeperbahn in Germany. In 2016 they released their debut album 'Our Friends Our Enemies'. Named one of Time Out’s ‘Rising Stars’, radio play has included, Dan O'Connell Radio X, Steve Lamacq & Tom Robinson BBC 6 Music, Gary Crawley, BBC Introducing London, Bob Harris & Janice Long, BBC Radio 2, as well as Tom Allen, CBC Radio 2, Canada. In Germany they reached number 13 on the German college airplay charts. Their songs have been used on ‘Made In Chelsea’ and Channel 4’s ‘Sunday Brunch’. The band have spent autumn 2017 recording their second album live at The Visconti Studio with producer Chris Porter.
