Formed from old friendships and strange love triangles, Vices are a six vocal, three guitar, bass and drum outfit from the green South of England. With Sam Lea on lead vocals, Andy Pye, Ollie & Oakley Loudon on guitars, Matt Joyce on bass and Rory Seabrook hitting the skins, these boys are a tight wound unit content on hitting gigs and taking names. They have been doing things the old fashioned way - gigging, gigging and more gigging up and down the country, in and out of venues, festivals and house parties picking up fans that soon turn into friends along the way and only grabbing time for rest in the back of the car or lent student house floor whenever they have time between shows. Sam, Andy and Matt began the foundations for which would later become known as Vices whilst still at school. A year later as they started looking for more band members Sam bumped into his old friends the Loudon brothers who had been making experimental music in an abandoned water tower for a couple of years. All it took to unite them all was an unexpected phone call, a free house and plenty of wine. Not long after, the musical maestro known as Rory Seabrook joined on drums and the unit was complete. It was time to hit the road in search of pushing forwards their high energy, youthful and creative vision known as ‘Vices'. The band write all of their music and lyrics collaboratively. With three guitars and five vocalists, the experience of Vices musically is one sure to deliver a sense of euphoria for the listener. The band has recently supported the likes of Bloc Party and Dirty Pretty Things at sets in London
