TFA are a young and extremely talented four piece punk/ska band with a message from Portsmouth that started in the late summer of 2006.

TFA are Migs (lead vocals / guitar / mandolin) Rob (drums) Alex (lead guitar) and Ali Ooops (bass) who collectively and musically are more mature and developed than one would assume. 

Time For Action - finalists in the Rising Stars competition for the Sunrise Celebration Festival 2008.

Time For Action have been building up their fair number of gigs including 3 sets at GuilFest 08 where they supported Sonic Boom Six.

"More unique than many other bands and actually sing about things that matter unlike some of the diatribe that fills the airwaves today" But fun all the same.  A sort of angry socially aware young voice of Portsmouth, called by quite a few people to be the fresh faced by product of the Clash generation and attitude  - but more in your face -

Time For Action's  6 track EP "Call To Arms" is an explosion of passion, energy and political angst written with a stunning clarity, honesty and unique sense of social awareness.   

Lead singer Mig stated "Call to Arms" is an expression of - our solution, our revolution, a revelation, our manifestation.  This is our creation, through determination frustration and dedication".
