The idea of "The Little Secrets" began in 2009 when three friends - Kev Dixon (Guitar/Keyboard/Vocals), Dean Hampson (Bass/Vocals) and Martyn Leah (Drums) initially got together to write and record songs with a view to eventually forming a band. 

As days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months - they eventually began to craft a sound that they felt was unique enough to be different from what was going on around them, yet familiar enough to be relevant. 

Armed with a strong collection of songs, they began their search for the first missing piece of the jigsaw - a Singer who had the presence and ability to bring the music they had to life. 

Step forward Stacy-Jo. 

Stacy-Jo was a Singer/Guitarist for another local band at the time, who's onstage persona was an explosive mix of Debbie Harry's sultry attitude and energy, and Stevie Nicks' incredible vocal range. 

The chemistry was instant, and as a result - songs were completed at an almost frenetic pace, with a perfect balance of powerful, energetic music that wasn't afraid to show subtlety, being complimented by infectious vocal melodies that once absorbed, became part of the listeners subconscious. 

The sheer volume of songs written in the first few months together, quickly made the band realise that there was one final ingredient needed to perfect the sound they were creating - and after bringing 2009 to a close by playing their first ever live show together, the band knew exactly what it was... 

A second Guitarist by the name of Liam Atkinson was recruited, and the line-up was complete. 

Liam is a Guitarist with incredible technique and understanding of his instrument, yet his first thought is always to play "what's right for the song." It's this approach that stands him apart from the crowd, and one that made him the perfect fit for the band. 

With some high-profile gigs scheduled for 2010, The Little Secrets are at the beginning of a journey...
