The Boy Who Trapped the Sun is a wry, alt-folkish singer-songwriter from the Isle of Lewis. The pseudo-offspring of Cash and Drake, if he could he'd groom himself a Dylan 'fro, transcribing a perfect three-quarters of a spheroid.
He has just completed his debut album on which he played everything himself, hoarding all of the credits. Except for the strings and female vocals, that is, but not for want of trying. Before releasing it into the wild he is paving the way with the Watermark EP, released on 12 October.
