Delivery Policy

• All digital products purchased via Music Glue are delivered by email or direct download. Please contact us immediately if you feel that your products were not delivered to you and we will email your products to you within 24 hours.
• All physical products are delivered as per the conditions stated at the time of purchase. If you chose a non-instant payment method (like e-cheque via PayPal) your goods will not be despatched until the funds have cleared. If you have any queries, please contact support.
• All currencies accepted by our payment service providers will be accepted by Music Glue. This varies depending on your location and preferred payment system, so please check the terms and conditions at the time of paying.
• Export restrictions may be applied by the Rights Holder, preventing sales in certain countries. This is carried out on a product by product basis.
