Japanese artists Hiroko Mastropaolo (aka HACCI) and Gak Sato formed electro pop duo Omnine back in 2016, in Milan, Italy. After playing in several bands across the UK as a keyboardist and playing for various well-known parties in Italy as a Techno DJ, the vocalist Hiroko started her activity as a songwriter. 20+ years veteran Jazz/Lounge DJ and thereminist Gak also takes care of the production. Featuring Suzuki Omnichord, a Japanese-made autoharp, amongst several other sound equipments, all dating before 1984, Omnine's sound is a captivating and eerie fusion of 80's synth pop and modern electronica. Hiroko's crystal vocal shapes lay a sweet and trippy soul vibe on Gak's sharp but graceful experimental beats. Omnine have been on tour around Italy since November 2016. Their debut Maxi EP “You are home” will be released in Spring 2017.
