MELODRAMAS are a band who have brought the classic British aesthetic to a global arena in 2010. Combining  an array of genres (from the vintage feel of Chet Atkins to theatrical pop), the four-piece have performed in front of audiences as far afield as China, Cambodia, Vietnam, Australia and Kuwait. Notable touring partners have included The New York Dolls and Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters). The band started 2011 by recording their début album with Supergrass producer Sam Williams, with Gaz Coombs providing backing vocals on the track 'Betelgeuse'.
