MARTIPANTS is a man of many talents who not only makes the most brilliant artwork for Rod Thomas' records, but runs Special Wednesday club night in Bristol's Start The Bus, makes his own tshirts, and has made a bafflingly brilliant albums in 'Happy Accidents', and the equally wonderful 'Good Lads'.

His music creates a world full of the nostalgia and excitement of his youth. It's a world where you could as easily be having a daydream as be playing a 16-bit computer game.

As well as making his own music, he's scored a short film and the odd Channel 4 ident. Not bad for someone creating the magic in his tiny bedroom.
