Lee Michael Stevens - an original singer-songwriter acoustic act hailing from Hornsey, North London UK best known as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of The Swagger.
Now solo, Stevens will start work on his self-titled debut solo single and has plans to tour the UK in 2020 recently supporting the legendary Mark Morriss of The Bluetones at a SOLD OUT show in London which went down a treat. Also playing at Quad 40 in Brighton to celebrate the release of the iconic film ‘Quadrophenia’ organized by Gary Shail the actor in the film known as ‘Spider’ and also had the privilage of meeting all the cast from the film which was an event to remember for years to come.
During his time with The Swagger, Stevens supported bands such as Hurricane #1, Slydigs and Trampolene plus many more playing shows up & down the UK headlining The Cavern Club in Liverpool and touring the West Coast of America playing shows in Las Vegas, LA, Long Beach, San Diego, Oceanside California, gaining enthusiastic reviews from around the globe and a huge following.
The band releasing a bunch of singles titled ‘Chin Up Boy’, ‘Heart N Soul’ ‘Want It All’ which was well received by the public/press causing a stir and got people talking. Stevens is certainly one to look out for in 2020 as he prepares to unleash his debut release.
