HAYZE are a talented 3 piece band from Ipswich comprising of Pete Thompson (vocals/guitar) Paul Backhouse (Bass) Jim Newstead (Drums) they're an exciting and energetic, fun band.

Hayze recently claimed their place on the stage at IPSWICH MUSIC DAY FESTIVAL to a crowd of 2000 people winning over the hearts of the festival go'ers. A UK tour saw them gain fans in Glasgow, Newcastle, Leicester, Leeds and London.

Their songs have been described as providing a combination of high-energy guitar playing and powerful rhythmic drumming, rawness of vocals (think stone roses) and heartfelt lyrics. Its true Classic Indie rock.

Hayze have recently had a song “Making Plans” featured on a US online TV show and recently launched a Chutney branding their name at The Essex xmas Food Festival in November. There they played a mini gig at the Festival in support of the chutney.
