New indie singer songwriter Helen King reveals her first 5 song releases, with support from guitarist Hani Abbasi.

Darcy always knew she was meant to be a singer, but songwriting came later. “I have been singing since I was able, and started classically through school. However, this was never really my thing. When I went to The University of Bristol, I really got into Jazz singing and writing poems. My love for the art, and creating emotional and meaningful, songs really grew.' When talking about the process behind her songwriting, it was simpler than expected. “I don’t have a real process. Something will happen, whether it be a memory that resurfaces or something current, and lyrics will usually come into my head and I record them into my phone. Then I get to the keyboard as soon as I can and start writing. Sometimes it’s nothing, but sometimes it’s something special.’ What’s the most important thing to her? “People. Family, friends. The tapestry of life revolves around the relationships you create. I wouldn’t have anything to write about if I wasn’t surrounded by those I love”.

Back in the States, ‘Tt’ lives in an RV and tours full-time. They are beyond excited to be back in Europe sharing their love & inspiration of music wherever, whenever, and however they can.

Mattia, better known by his artistic name Tja, was born in Turin in 1994 and discovered his love for music at a young age. Although he plays many instruments, including drums, and piano, he is today traveling with the guitar and his true favorite instrument amongst all, his voice. In his adolescent years, Mattia's interests gravitated towards singing and songwriting, allowing him to explore the power of his own voice as an instrument.
With a soulful voice, deep and resonating lyrics, Tja has a long way to go. Whether he is performing on stage or in the studio, Tja’s commitment to his craft is delighting. The Tour, a beginning with no end. The summer of 2023 marked a milestone in Mattia's musical career as he embarked on his first international tour. Channeling his nomadic spirit, he embarked on a journey in his trusty van, a reflection of his true self, and ventured through Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic and Austria. Along the way, he shared his melodies in intimate venues, vibrant festivals, and even on the bustling streets of major cities. As the winter of 2023-24 takes hold, Mattia has returned to Italy. Here, he is channeling his creativity into recording new music, fine-tuning the live show experience he offers, and planning his upcoming tour. This exciting tour will see him grace the stages of the UK in the spring of 2024, offering music enthusiasts a front-row seat to his soulful, acoustic compositions.
