Music Glue - The Band Is The Brand

Gold Digger

Gold Digger are one of London's most exciting bands, currently on course to explode all over the music world.

The band fuses a conventional band set-up of vocals (Steve Beales, Stephanie Smart), drums (Simon Mooney), Guitar (Anton Howarth) and bass (Richard Snelgrove) together with an electronic mesh of live programming.

Gold Digger recently finished their second album ‘Get It Together' with Jon Astley (The Who, David Bowie). Most of these tracks were rehearsed and polished at the Premises, East London (Klaxons, Hot Chip, Unkle) over the course of 2007.

The band are now set to deliver a series of exciting series of live performances, with more details of forthcoming festivals soon.

In short, Gold Digger are:

Underground parties. Raucous gigs. Girls dancing on tables. Gangs of moshing hoodies. Blissed out club kids. Head-banging ex-punks. Grooving, long-haired stoners. Untimely arrests. Babies. Egos. Split ups. Breakdowns. Wonderful reunions. Music from the hybrid soul of a 21st century metropolis.
