Fixed Penalty, who reign from Monaghan/Cavan started as a four piece rock outfit in the summer of 2008 with the founding members Dwayne (vocals and guitar), Dave (bass and vocals), Gibey (guitar and vocals) and Devyn Hall (drums). The original line-up has changed with the departure of drummer Devyn Hall who was replaced by Cootehill man Des Brodie in June 2010. Having come 3rd in The North-East's Got Talent and collectively 1st in the Irish Youth Music Awards (IYMA's) the lads have experienced great success and are eagerly writing new songs for their upcoming E.P. which is due for release in early 2011.
