Darkness Blinding was formed in January 2005 by three friends who were all inspired by their love of heavy music. The Gold Coast based band has come a long way in this time performing at venues all over South East Queensland supporting respected local and interstate acts. Combining the pace of punk with metal style riffs and licks, and the massive throwdowns of hardcore with death style vocal delivery, the band have created a sound that is unique to the over crowded metal/hardcore scene. With their debut album finally recorded and slated for a midyear release (With their recent signing to Cowbell Digital Music!), and with talk of an east coast album tour. 2009 looks like being their biggest year yet!
