Civilian Down! are an outspoken metal band from Wellington, New Zealand.

The band was formed in 2004 under the name 'Missconduct' and released the album 'Code of Conduct' in 2006.

In 2007 the single 'Boys in Blue' was released under the new name 'Civilian Down' this was followed by a video clip directed by Simon Clentworth

The self titled E.P 'Civilian Down' is due for release May 23 2009
