Nike had to have a piece of Caimbo action in 2007, using the band's ‘London' for an extreme sports promo video soundtrack; the Download festival crowd took the boys to heart in 2008 - despite a lack of tattoos and biker jackets; and media from XFM to Time Out, Classic Rock to Q have been effusive in their praise, variously describing the band as "McFly tackling the Guns n 'Roses songbook" and, succinctly, "R.O.C.K. In that old school, big hair, strutting and sweating way."
