Hailed as "a seriously good songwriter" by The Guardian, and as "Wales' young hope" by The Independent, Bright Light Bright Light has come a long way in a short time. Originally from the South Wales Valleys, Rod has moved from being a bedroom producer to a sought after remixer and musician.

Appearances alongside Sparks, Duffy, Noah & The Whale, James Yuill, The Noisettes and Marina & The Diamonds, as well as appearances at festivals like Glastonbury, Latitude, Green Man and Camp Bestival have secured his position as a live act to keep an eye on too.

He's working on his debut album, but in the meantime his remixes for James Yuill, Gotye, Run Toto Run, Goldie Look Chain, Sam Isaac and The Answering Machine are all finding their way onto the radio and blogspots.
