Founded in May 2009, the High Wycombe based indie 3 piece, “BookClub”, have already played alongside the likes of Pharoahs, Wolf Am I, Canterbury, Joey Nightmare, Stornoway, Pulled Apart by Horses and Hot Club de Paris. Their first recorded track, “Lucius”, was put up on Myspace in June 2009, and was replaced shortly afterwards, in September 2009, by “Centuries” and “Heathcliff Triumphant”. So far, their music has been played on BBC Radio Introducing and in Club NME Berlin with a great reception.
