Direct to Fan Ticketing

One of the services we offer artists is to sell allocations of tickets for their performances via our ticketing platform.

We believe that it is hugely important for artists to be offering direct to fan ticket sales from their websites, giving fans the opportunity to purchase tickets as cheaply and easily as possible. It is also important that artists retain the data from sales which can be used to contact fans about future shows. It is also possible to bundle merch and digital items with tickets at the point of sale to maximize artist revenue and offer fans something unique and different from the usual ticket buying experience.

We have worked with Mumford & Sons, Sufjan Stevens, Enter Shikari, Ben Howard, Belle and Sebastian, The Stranglers and Boy & Bear amongst others so far this year.

In regards to one off live shows or tours we can offer the following…

• Issue e-tickets for shows with a 10% service charge, This is cheaper for fans as there are no post and packaging costs.
• For shows with over 500 tickets sold we can provide a member of staff with a door entry scanner for speedy entry (if agreed in advance)
• Sell physical tickets if requested by the promoter
• Bundle free or paid for digital and physical products with tickets (for example an exclusive free mp3 to download after purchase + 12” vinyl to pick up on the night) This can help boost revenue for artists at the point of sale
• Return all fan data to the artists
• Provide ticket link/s to add to the artist site / mail outs
• Artist branded tickets
• Welcome video on each ticket link
• Liaise with promoters and management regarding allocations and sales info
