Ameira are a four piece alternative band from North Lincolnshire, formerly known as WeWereSuperheroes. After losing their main vocalist, Kieran, a change of style was forced to suit the new vocalist Luke. The new style is very different. mixing harmonious chords patterns with sounds you wouldn't usually expect from a guitar. vocals are much more a primary factor to Ameira's style though the music still takes you on the journey intended. All of Ameira's new material is written about people that are known personally, unlike previously when all songs were about escaping from dull society and moving on to greener pastures. These pastures have been reached for now at least and we hope you enjoy our material as much as we do.
